• Account information — Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
• Quiz content — The quizzes, questions, and media you create and store on ClutchQ.
• Usage data — How you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, session duration).
• Technical data — Browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies necessary for platform operation.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any billing is processed by our third-party payment providers.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve ClutchQ's services:

• To create and maintain your account
• To store, display, and share your quiz content as instructed by you
• To personalise your experience and surface relevant features
• To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support messages
• To analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve the platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

• Service providers — Trusted infrastructure partners (Supabase for database/auth, Vercel for hosting) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

• Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 (Google) with no passwords stored by us
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only
