Terms of Service

To use ClutchQ you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country)
• Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clutchq.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

ClutchQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for lawful purposes. You may:

• Create, publish, and host quizzes for educational, professional, and entertainment purposes
• Share quiz links with participants
• Access your quiz data and analytics

Your content remains yours. By uploading content to ClutchQ, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it solely to provide the service.

You must not use ClutchQ to:

• Post or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without our written consent
• Transmit malware, spam, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the service
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice.

ClutchQ offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier — Access to core quiz creation and hosting features, subject to usage limits.
• Paid plans — Enhanced features, higher limits, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Requests must be made within 14 days of initial payment.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods beyond the 14-day window.

ClutchQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ClutchQ's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or £100.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
